Where do you deliver locally?

We offer local deliveries in Conroe, Montgomery, Walden, Magnolia, Woodforest, Egypt, and The Woodlands.

Do you offer nationwide shipping?

Yes! We now ship nationwide from Monday to Wednesday to ensure freshness. Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.

What are the delivery hours for local orders?

Local deliveries are made the day after your order. We will confirm the estimated delivery time on the day of delivery.

How far in advance should I place my order?

  • Local deliveries: At least 24 hours in advance.

  • Nationwide shipping: Place your order at least 2 in advance to ensure it arrives on time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, and cash (for local deliveries).

Do you offer pickup options?

Currently, we only offer home delivery for local orders and nationwide shipping.

Can I mix different flavors in one box?

Absolutely! You can customize your box with different flavors. Check the available options when placing your order.

  1. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  2. Orders must be paid in full before processing.

  3. Local deliveries require a valid address within our service areas. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or canceled.

  4. For nationwide shipping: We carefully pack our cookies to ensure they arrive fresh, but we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

  5. Allergy Notice: Our products may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. Please check ingredient details before ordering.

  6. Discounts and promotions are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Allergy warning: Our cookies are made in a facility that processes nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. We do not offer allergen-free products.

Local Delivery

  • Delivery areas: Conroe, Montgomery, Walden, Magnolia, Woodforest, Egypt, and The Woodlands.

  • Delivery time: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 6 PM.

  • Delivery fee: 2$.

📦 Nationwide Shipping

  • Shipping days: Monday to Wednesday to ensure freshness.

  • Processing time: Orders placed between Monday and Wednesday are shipped the same week. Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.

  • Shipping time: Estimated delivery within 3 days.

  • Shipping carrier: USPS, UPS.

  • Shipping cost: 6$.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
